Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to all customers within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). Shipping costs are already included in the product price, so there are no additional shipping fees at checkout for these locations.
Hawaii
Orders shipping to Hawaii require an additional shipping charge. Since shipping rates vary, please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us with photos documenting the problem. We will review each request individually and provide a replacement when the claim is determined to be reasonable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, orders may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.
